Why is Las Vegas Dui Laws Harsher?
The Sin City, this is the nickname used which is directed towards Las Vegas. The city of endless party, the city of gambling and the city of bottomless booze; these are just but some of the words which can describe the world within Las Vegas City, Nevada. It is also the home of countless sporting spectacles and historical bouts. However, despite all the glamour, the hype, there is one thing which can also describe the streets of Las Vegas; alcohol prone.

Lifestyle in Las Vegas city is different from the rest. Alcoholic beverages here are served 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The consequences of all that celebration however is that Las Vegas is prone to accidents caused by driving under the influence of alcohol. This is why Las Vegas Dui laws are now tougher compared to before and is tougher compared to other states.
Las Vegas Dui laws says that there are only two requirements in order for a police officer to charge you with DUI; first is that you are driving and second is that your Blood Alcohol Level is equal to or greater than 0.08%. In other states, it needs a third requirement.
These stricter Las Vegas Dui laws are not meant to change the lifestyle in Las Vegas, it only means that the local officials are discouraging the use of motorized vehicles after consuming alcohol to avoid any more accidents which leads to damage of property and the loss of people’s lives involved in accidents.
